Viking Access Systems hereby certifies that all Viking Gate Operators listed here qualify for A credit allowance of 30 percent – authorized by the Internal Revenue Code Section 25D under the definition provided in paragraph d.2.
Such qualification is conditional to:
a) The use of Viking gate operator with Solar Panels as the solely source of energy for the operator.
b) The Viking Gate Operator must be used in a dwelling unit located in the United States.
c) The dwelling unit must be the used as residence of the taxpayer.
